Stage 2 – Concept Evaluation
Early Technical and Commercial Evaluations result in optimized solutions.
The Designers work closely with the Customer and Marketing Team to ideate and create concepts. Through multiple iterations a final concept will be generated. Concepts can be illustrated by photorealistic renderings, environmental renderings and lifecycle analysis renderings. Through these images, the customer can better visualize the concepts and more fully understand how they will work within their system.
One of the key outputs of Stage 2 is a detailed Project Plan or Roadmap for the balance of the project. Expressed in terms of “Deliverables”, the project plan, developed by the Project Core Team, is used to guide the project through the balance of the Product Development Process. The Project Plan Enables cross functional communication and is used to manage key milestones relative to time.
