Material Handling Containers

Rehrig Pacific manufactures a variety of reusable material handling containers used for the storage and distribution of a wide range of retail goods.  Each of these containers utilizes a unique system of stacking and nesting designed to maximize the efficient use of space for outbound shipments and inbound backhauls, minimizing the cost per trip for each product and lowering the carbon footprint for each customer. Find out how one of these products can maximize your Sustainability Scorecard.

RPCs (Collapsible Containers)
Rehrig designers have successfully created the ultimate collapsible container or reusable plastic container (RPC) system. Dependably rigid when loaded and stacked, these collapsible crates quickly fold down when empty. Rehrig’s design sets a new standard for stacking strength in a reusable, collapsible, shipping and storage container.

Nestable Bale-Arm Trays
The Rehrig reusable Nestable Bail-Arm Tray (NBAT) has been designed to yield significant cost savings over traditional disposable single-use packaging used for goods distribution in a variety of retail industries. Produced in food industry approved, recyclable polypropylene, NBATs won’t absorb moisture and resist bacterial ingress. These environmentally friendly trays have well-ventilated perforations that maximize air circulation for efficient cooling. Available in Standard, Half and Deep sizes, each is stackable with the bale-arm deployed and nestable with the bale-arm retracted to maximize space in transport, in store displays and storage when not in use.

AS/RS Containers
Rehrig has developed two types of containers for the modern automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) commonly used in warehouses and distribution centers throughout the world today. Both the Stacking Crate and the Stack/Nest Crate utilize the international 60cm x 40cm external dimensions most commonly specified by project integrators.
