20" x 24" Case Ready Meat Crate
Features:
- Four (4) crates per layer on 40" x 48" pallet with no overhauling
- Three bar positions; two stacking one nesting.
- Corrosion resistant zinc plated steel bars.
- Areas located in the center of each long wall for molded-in logos, insignia or text messages.
- Two bar code or RFID sticker areas are located on each short wall.
- Textured label area on each short wall aids in the clean removal of adhesive labels.
- Large ergonomic handles in the center of each long wall allow for gloved hands and angled finger entry.
- Cut-out areas on the top rim provide access to bale arms for automated handling equipment.
- A maximum recommended load rating of 35 lb. (15.9 kg) per container for case ready meat.
- Trays can be stacked nine (9) high in the low position and seven (7) high in the high position.
- Well ventilated sidewalls and bottom for fast, even chilling when stacked.
- Smooth interior is package friendly eliminating damage in transit.
- Drainage channels in the container floor carry moisture away from packaging and provide additional stiffness.
- Two “no miss, blind stacking, self-locating” channels in the underside of each container that ease secure interlocking during stacking.

- Decoration: Molded-in or hot-stamp branded logos or messages – two long sides
