40” x 48” Nestable Pallet: Extra Strength = Greater Durability

Injection molding gives Rehrig Pacific the ability to reinforce the areas of the Nestable Pallet that receive the most abuse. The impact strength of our co-polymer polypropylene resin is higher than nestable pallets made with other manufacturing techniques. In addition, our patented Box Beam™ design provides stronger welds and additional stiffness that eliminates the need to use two pallets to eliminate “flowering” in normal use.

Better materials and processes are not the only performance enhancements incorporated into the exceptionally strong Nestable Pallets. Multiple ergonomic handles, effective edge lips, and leg grommets designed to take the heaviest loads without caving are features that insure that Rehrig Nestable Pallets are built to last for the long haul.
