44” x 56” Bulk Pallet

The Bulk Pallet has the required stiffness along with superior impact resistance compared to structural foam pallets in use today. This was accomplished by combining high-pressure injection molding expertise with a specially compounded co-polymer polypropylene resin

The key difference is the 2-piece pallet design, without separate connectors, that behaves like a 1-piece pallet providing tremendous durability and eliminating repair costs. In addition, the easily washed flow-through design for the top deck and columns significantly reduces traps that can collect water and debris.

The highly chamfered edges around the perimeter allow for more efficient distribution of strap tension on the pallet and the load.
