 Nestable plastic pallets have long been a key link in the grocery distribution supply chain. Rehrig Pacific has applied the design and manufacturing advantages of high-pressure injection molding to produce a superior, high life expectancy, nestable pallet compared to other molding techniques in use today. Injection molding gives us the ability to reinforce the areas of the pallet that receive the most abuse. The impact strength of our co-polymer polypropylene resin is many times higher than most HDPE resins found in twin sheet thermo-formed nestable pallets. In addition, our patented Box Beam™ design provides additional stiffness and stronger welds. Better materials and process are not the only performance enhancements incorporated into these exceptionally strong nestable pallets.
