Rigorous testing and product validation before, during and after development insures product performance
During the development process, design criteria such as load ratings, handling requirements, environmental conditions and deflection requirements are taken in account. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to simulate how designs will react in different loading and handling scenarios.Prior to a market introduction, a part is subjected to both accelerated life testing as well as real world application testing to insure performance. This involves validating the FEA results through ASTM and ISO certified tests.
Testing capabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drop Impact
- Thermal ECR
- Creep / Elongation
- Deflection / Flexural strength
- Tensile strength
- Flamability
- Hardness
- Melt Flow Rate
- Compression
- Vibration
- Wear Testing
