Our executive leadership team developed a unique top-down approach aligned with our organization's values and strategic business goals that ignites positive cultural change for all and isn’t a “check the box” initiative running outside of our guiding principles framework.

 

Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

Our DIB team continues to advance the commitment of belonging by "making the invisible, visible." This commitment to continuing authentic conversations led to our first ERG, BOLDD (Black Outstanding Leaders Driving Diversity) celebrating our African American family members, our first International Women's Day Summit, activities to support LGBTQ+ family members and our Hispanic family members with each emerging organically through DIB champions that create safe spaces for diverse communities. Other groups are continuing to emerge and will be supported and celebrated by our organization.
