How Pollo Regio Transformed Route Efficiency and Unlocked Growth
Facing labor-intensive deliveries and limited route capacity, Pollo Regio needed a better way to support growth. Working with Rehrig Pacific, they implemented the 29” × 42” nestable pallet system with a drop-and-go delivery model using the Hybrid Sled. This allowed full pallet loads to move directly from truck to store, eliminating manual handling and maximizing trailer space. As a result, Pollo Regio reduced daily routes, improved driver safety, and enabled scalable growth.
