Cookie Policy

Learn how Rehrig Pacific Company uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website, and the choices you have about how they’re used.

Effective Date: [October 30, 2026]
Last Updated: [October 30, 2026]

This Cookie Policy explains how Rehrig Pacific Company (“Rehrig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on www.rehrigpacific.com (the “Site”), and the choices available to you. It supplements our Privacy Policy at www.rehrigpacific.com/privacy-policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly and describes the privacy rights available to you.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

  • Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. “First-party” cookies are set by the Site; “third-party” cookies are set by other companies whose services we use. “Session” cookies are deleted when you close your browser; “persistent” cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
  • Pixels and tags are small pieces of code embedded in a web page that send information about your visit, such as the page viewed and your IP address, to us or to a third party.
  • Session recording and heatmap scripts capture how you interact with a page, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movements, so that the interaction can be reviewed individually or in aggregate.
  • Local storage and similar technologies store information in your browser in a way similar to cookies.

In this Cookie Policy, we refer to all of these technologies as “cookies.”

2. The Cookies We Use

We group the cookies on the Site into the following categories, which correspond to the categories shown in our cookie banner and preference center:

Category What These Cookies Do Providers on the Site
Necessary

Enable core functions of the Site, such as page navigation, security, and remembering your cookie choices. The Site cannot function properly without these cookies, so they are always active and cannot be switched off in our preference center.

Choosing “Deny” or switching off all optional categories does not disable necessary cookies. For example, a necessary cookie is what remembers that you declined the other categories.

Cookiebot (consent management)

Cloudflare (security and bot protection)

Google reCAPTCHA (form spam protection)

Preferences Remember information that changes how the Site or a third-party service embedded in it behaves, such as which server handles your connection. LinkedIn
Statistics Help us understand how visitors use the Site, including which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, how they arrive at the Site, and how they interact with individual pages (including through session recordings and heatmaps), so that we can improve content and usability.

Google Analytics 4 (Google)

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft)

Marketing Used by us and our advertising and business-intelligence partners to deliver and measure advertising on other websites and platforms, build audiences of people who have visited the Site, and identify the companies that visit the Site. These partners may combine information about your visit with information they obtain from other sources. Embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos also set cookies in this category, but our preference center does not control them; see “Embedded videos” in Section 3.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn)

StackAdapt

ZoomInfo (WebSights)

Google Ads (Google)

HubSpot (marketing automation)

Microsoft (advertising identifiers set through Clarity)

YouTube (Google) and Vimeo (embedded videos)

PR Newswire (press release tracking)

The specific cookies we use, the provider that sets each one, its purpose, and how long it lasts are listed in the cookie declaration below. Our consent management platform, Cookiebot, generates the declaration and updates it automatically based on regular scans of the Site.

3. More About Certain Tools

Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site. Clarity captures information about your interactions with Site pages, such as clicks, taps, scrolling, mouse movements, and the pages you view. This allows us to review individual sessions and aggregated heatmaps to find and fix usability problems. Clarity is configured to mask the text you type into form fields, and it is designed not to capture passwords or payment information. We do not use Clarity recordings to identify individual visitors. Microsoft processes this information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity also sets Microsoft advertising identifiers (such as MUID), which we classify as Marketing cookies.

Business visitor identification (ZoomInfo)

We use ZoomInfo’s website visitor technology (WebSights) to help us understand which companies visit the Site. It uses your IP address and other information about your visit to identify the organization associated with it, and may associate your visit with business contact information that ZoomInfo maintains. ZoomInfo may use certain information it receives through WebSights for its own purposes, including to maintain and improve its business database, as described in its privacy policy. This may be considered a “sale” of personal information under U.S. state privacy laws. The ZoomInfo script is a Marketing tag, so switching off Marketing cookies, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal, stops it from running in your browser.

Advertising (LinkedIn, StackAdapt, and Google Ads)

The LinkedIn Insight Tag allows us to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising, learn about the professional characteristics of Site visitors in aggregate (such as industry and job function), and show ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited the Site. StackAdapt is an advertising platform we use to deliver and measure ads on other websites and apps. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether people who click on our ads visit the Site or take actions on it.

Analytics and marketing automation (Google Analytics and HubSpot)

Google Analytics 4 provides us with aggregated reports about Site traffic and usage. HubSpot’s tracking code, which runs only when Marketing cookies are enabled, helps us understand Site traffic and, if you submit a form on the Site, connects your Site activity with the information you provide so that we can respond to you more effectively.

Embedded videos (YouTube and Vimeo)

Some Site pages include videos hosted by YouTube (owned by Google) and Vimeo. When a page with an embedded video loads, these providers may set cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser details, and how you interact with the video, and they may use that information for their own purposes, as described in their privacy policies. To limit this, we embed YouTube videos in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, under which YouTube does not use views of our videos to personalize your YouTube experience or the ads you see elsewhere, and we embed Vimeo videos with Vimeo’s “do not track” setting, which limits Vimeo’s tracking of how you interact with the video. These providers may still set some cookies and receive information such as your IP address. Because the videos are embedded directly in our pages, our preference center does not block them, and switching off Marketing cookies does not stop this.

Security tools (Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA)

We use Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the Site and its forms from bots, spam, and abuse. These tools set necessary cookies and process information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. Google processes reCAPTCHA information as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Press releases (PR Newswire)

Some press releases on the Site are published through PR Newswire, which includes a tracking pixel that reports how often each release is viewed. We classify this pixel as a Marketing cookie.

4. Your Choices

How we ask for your choices depends on where you are

  • United States. When you visit from the United States, Statistics, Preferences, and Marketing cookies are enabled by default. A banner on your first visit explains this, and you can opt out of any of these categories at any time, as described below.
  • European Economic Area, Quebec, and certain other locations. In certain locations, including the European Economic Area and the Province of Quebec, we will not set Statistics, Preferences, or Marketing cookies unless you consent through our cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described below.

Changing your preferences

You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of any page of the Site, which opens our preference center. Changes apply going forward. Turning off a category stops new cookies in that category from being set, but you may need to clear existing cookies from your browser to remove them.

“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and Global Privacy Control

Some of our Marketing cookies allow advertising and business-intelligence partners to collect information that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for “targeted advertising,” under U.S. state privacy laws. To opt out, click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the footer of any page of the Site and switch off Marketing cookies.

Switching off Marketing cookies does not stop sales of personal information that do not involve cookies, such as business contact information we send to ZoomInfo so that it can verify and update our records. To opt out of those sales, see “How to Exercise Your Rights” in our Privacy Policy.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out and will automatically switch off Marketing cookies for that browser, and our preference center will show that your opt-out preference signal has been honored.

Your cookie choices are stored in your browser, so you will need to set them separately on each browser and device you use, and again if you clear your cookies.

Browser settings and industry tools

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you may be able to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. These tools are offered by third parties, and they work independently of our preference center.

5. Third-Party Providers

The third parties that set cookies on the Site process the information they collect as described in their own privacy policies:

6. How Long Cookies and Cookie Data Are Kept

Each cookie’s expiration is shown in the cookie declaration above. Session cookies expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies on the Site generally expire within two years. Some information kept in your browser’s local storage or similar storage does not expire until you clear it. Information collected through cookies is retained by us and our providers only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Cookie Policy. For example, we retain Google Analytics event data for 14 months, and Microsoft Clarity retains session recordings for 30 days.

7. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add, remove, or change the cookies we use, or for legal or operational reasons. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date at the top. If we add new categories of cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it again. We review this Cookie Policy at least annually.
