Amid driver retention challenges, we are developing products and integrated solutions that not only streamline delivery operations but also make drivers' jobs easier and more appealing. For instance, when launching the Duo system, the team identified persistent issues, such as product shuffling and missed deliveries. Instead of placing the burden on the driver, we addressed the issue by incorporating machine learning to detect errors during the warehouse picking process, thereby improving labor productivity.
